This is TCB's signature model, created with the aim of reproducing the paper patch from 1950s Levis 501XX jeans.
We traced the silhouette from a vintage pair owned by TCB, and even selected the sewing thread by matching the gauge and color for every single part.
The fabric used is approximately 13.5oz Zimbabwean cotton. Rather than using the unevenness forced by modern computers, this is created by adjusting vintage spinning machines. The fades are characterized by thick, short patterns that, as they naturally connect into lines, promise to show off the best possible vertical fading.
It features a roomy silhouette with a deep rise and a slight taper toward the hem.
The cut made when inserting the hidden rivets reproduces the highest-strength method among the many used at the time.
The paper patch is processed entirely by hand. The idea is that as the base color fades, the paper will tear to reveal the darker fabric underneath.
The bottom of the waistband is chain-stitched all the way to the edge without being basted first. We intentionally left the thread ends hanging rather than tucking them in.
The pocket bags on vintage-era jeans were often sewn roughly, so the TCB jeans 50's reproduces this as well, to a degree that does not compromise durability.
Sewing is done using 4 different thread colors and 5 different thread gauges. These jeans are packed with noteworthy details, such as varying stitch widths depending on the location, and adjustments and modifications made to the sewing machines.
The red tab has been changed to an indigo tab.

In-store try-ons are offered as a service to customers who are considering purchasing from our store.
Please refrain from trying on items solely for the purpose of size confirmation.
Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.
Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.
For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
