配送方法・送料について

国内への発送は、ヤマト運輸の宅配便にてお届けいたします。

送料は、お届け先の地域およびご注文商品の合計重量によって異なります。正確な送料は、ご購入手続き画面にてご確認いただけます。

送料無料サービス

お届け先の地域に応じて、以下の金額以上のお買い上げで送料を無料とさせていただきます。

発送について

在庫のある商品につきましては、通常、ご注文確認後、当日〜翌営業日に発送いたします。

ただし、ご注文の時間帯や混雑状況、お支払い方法などによっては、発送までにお時間をいただく場合がございます。

当店の定休日は、毎週木曜日および第1・第3水曜日です。定休日は発送業務をお休みしております。

定休日や臨時休業日を挟む場合は、翌営業日以降の対応となります。

なお、予約商品・お取り寄せ商品につきましては、各商品ページに記載された納期をご確認ください。

発送が完了しましたら、送り状番号を記載した発送完了メールをお送りいたします。

お届け日時の指定について

当オンラインショップでは、ご注文時のお届け日時指定を承っておりません。

お届け日時の変更をご希望の場合は、商品発送後にお知らせする送り状番号を利用して、ヤマト運輸の公式サイトよりお手続きください。

ヤマト運輸の「クロネコメンバーズ」にご登録いただくと、お届け予定の通知や日時変更サービスをご利用いただけます。

※配送状況やお届け先の地域によっては、ご希望の日時に変更できない場合がございます。

店頭受け取りについて

オンラインショップで「店頭受け取り」をご選択いただくと、Spiral実店舗にて商品をお受け取りいただけます。

店頭受け取りの場合、送料はかかりません。

商品のお渡し準備が整いましたら、メールにてお知らせいたします。ご案内後、営業時間内にご来店ください。

Overseas Shipping

We use EMS or DHL for international shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and product weight.
We will select the most suitable shipping method depending on the country or region.

Please note that you may be required to pay customs duties after receiving your product.

※ Delivery to the US via EMS has been suspended. Items destined for the US will be shipped via DHL.

Please note that the shipping cost shown at checkout is an estimate only. After your order is placed, we will calculate the exact shipping fee based on actual weight, dimensions, and destination.

- If the actual cost is lower: We will adjust the charge and proceed with shipping.
- If the actual cost is higher: We will contact you with the difference. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to proceed.
