"Initial defects" must meet the following criteria.

3. All accessories for the product (packaging, instruction manual, other documents, etc.) are included and are undamaged.

4. The product has not been carelessly handled by the customer, such as being dropped or otherwise improperly handled.

5. The product has not been used in a manner that deviates from the conditions of use or precautions for use written in the product specifications.

6. The customer has not rewritten, changed, or modified any information.

7. There are no missing serial stickers, barcodes, etc.

8. All printed materials have not been tampered with (stickers, packaging, delivery notes, etc.)

9. The product is within the warranty period.

*We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, such as the size not fitting or the product being different from what you expected.

Sales quantity

There are no special sales conditions, such as restrictions on the sales quantity of products, but we may set them individually for limited items.
