LOOP & WEFT's Old Thinker Sweat series brings the legendary Tompkins Sweat back to life in modern times.

This item was reproduced using special techniques at a traditional hosiery factory in Wakayama, making full use of Japanese-made sinker knitting machines from the 1970s.

While maintaining the plump texture that is characteristic of Tompkin, it also achieves the beautiful loop structure that is unique to sinker machines.

The evolved brushed fleece lining overcomes the challenges of old-fashioned knitting machines, retains its shape after washing, and has a vintage texture that deepens with age.

The design is based on the raglan add-on parka from the 1960s, with no shoulder seams, allowing for a wide range of arm movement and making it comfortable to wear.

The garment features detailed attention to detail by skilled craftsmen, such as four-needle flat seams, a three-needle binder neck, thick ribbing, and stitching with different thread colors on the front and back.

This special piece can be worn without worrying about shoulder width, and the well-balanced regular fit makes it suitable for layering.The fluffy warmth you feel the moment you put it on makes it a special piece.

For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
