LA POCHE_ANNE_BLACK
The design was inspired by wrestling shoes from the 1920s-1940s.
Old-fashioned sports shoes were often made of canvas, but leather shoes also existed for sports that required durability.
These are also called athletic boots.
With many lace holes and close spacing between the shoelaces, the silhouette seen from the pants is beautiful and slims the feet.
The laces come in two colors: BLACK and BEIGE.
The history of women's wrestling is still short, having only become an official sport in 1987.
We named the product ANNE.
The name was taken from "Ann", the first official women's wrestling champion.
The leather used is original calf leather "Dutch tarwe calf" tanned in Himeji.
It has a chewy elasticity and an elegant shine.
As you wear them, you will notice them conforming to the shape of your feet.
We have created shoes that you will grow to love more and more with each wear, and that you will want to make use of.
[Dutch tarwe calf] We have developed a new leather this season, hoping that you will enjoy the depth and joy of leather's natural aging process.
This is original calf leather tanned in Himeji, a traditional Japanese leather production area.
The raw leather is made from high-quality calf leather from the Netherlands and is tanned using the traditional tannin tanning method.
We are particular about the raw hides, of course, but we also focus more on the tanning (leather making) method and dyeing method.
Normally, the pigment finish of chrome tanning is a uniform finish and the surface of the leather is stable, but it is slightly inferior in terms of changes over time.
However, tannin tanning has the characteristic that the ingredients react with the leather and the leather becomes glossy and wrinkled over time. Due to its characteristics, tannin tanning tends to become a little hard, but the tanner's (leather factory) years of experience and the use of water have made the leather flexible.
This wild leather is very rare to be used for women's shoe leather.
In addition, to prevent the leather from aging with use, the surface is finished using only dye, which allows the cream to penetrate well and the wood will darken with care, resulting in a beautiful appearance.
Although the tanning method is time-consuming, we decided to produce calf leather because we wanted people to enjoy the changes that occur in the leather.
At La Poche, it is used by ANNE and MATHILDA.

To be honest, lace-up boots with lots of holes can be a bit of a hassle, but once you get used to them, they become surprisingly easy to wear.
Growing boots may not be something many women think about, but I find it really fun to do so, and I think there are a lot of women out there who feel the same way.
