A classic UES work shirt that has been produced since 2007.

The fabric is 100% cotton. All are made in Japan on old-fashioned power looms.

The sturdy triple-stitched seams and asymmetric chest pockets are work-inspired details. With wear and washing, the seams will pucker and fade in a striking way.

In order to give a soft image to the hard work taste, we used slightly larger buttons (15mm instead of the usual 13mm outer diameter). Natural corozo (ivory coconut) buttons.

Although there are some unavoidable disadvantages to natural materials, such as discoloration and cracking, we hope you will enjoy their unique colors and textures.

The silhouette is slim and neat, typical of UES, so it is easy to match as an inner layer under a jacket or vest, and also looks good when worn casually over a T-shirt.

It goes well with denim or chinos, but we also recommend coordinating it with shorts.

This is the perfect shirt for everyday wear that can be worn all year round.

*Since this item uses indigo dye, please wash it alone or with the same indigo items. At first, the color may transfer to light-colored items due to rubbing. Please be aware that the color may transfer to inner T-shirts, items worn over this shirt, or the shoulder straps of bags that touch the shoulders.

Trying on at the store

In-store try-ons are offered as a service to customers who are considering purchasing from our store.

Please refrain from trying on items solely for the purpose of size confirmation.

Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.

Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.

For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
