This is an original Spiral L-zip long wallet made from wild boar leather hunted in the Tenryu region of Shizuoka Prefecture.

Both the exterior and interior are lavishly crafted from SpiralDance Leather's oil-infused wild boar leather. While retaining the natural grain and pore characteristics unique to wild animals, the leather is generously imbued with oil, achieving an elegant luster and suppleness.

Wild boar leather is known to be lighter and much more durable than cowhide or horsehide. However, its coarse fibers and significant individual variations require high-level sewing techniques.

GROOVER LEATHER, whom we've entrusted with production since SpiralDance's inception, is responsible for transforming this challenging material into beautiful products.

The exquisite stitching, beautiful from every angle, and meticulous edge finishing are the result of years of experience and skill.

It offers ample storage capacity, comfortably accommodating 12 cards, bills, and coins.

The central coin pocket intentionally omits a zipper, adopting a practical design that allows quick access simply by opening the main zipper.

This special wallet is a fusion of materials nurtured by the nature of Tenryu and Japanese artisan techniques.

With use, it will develop a richer luster and its own unique character.

Leather that retains the marks of the wild

The wild boar leather used in this product comes from wild boars that lived in the mountains of Tenryu.

It may retain marks from their lives, such as scars, insect bites, wrinkles, and pores, which are not seen in leather from animals raised under human control.

We do not consider these imperfections but rather cherish them as proof of their wild existence.

Please enjoy the charm of this natural material, where no two pieces are exactly alike.

Only one piece of each color is produced.
