SEAMENS TROUSERS, based on TCB's vintage 40's USN DECK PANTS.

The silhouette was traced from a vintage piece, and the sewing threads were meticulously selected for count and color at each location.
Features include the way the belt loops are sewn, the double-stitched front pockets, and urea buttons with thread shanks. As you wear them, you can look forward to the puckering and the way the sewing thread color fades to a greyish hue.

Stenciling is done entirely by hand, one by one, in locations commonly found on vintage clothing.

The fabric used is approximately 10oz denim made with natural uneven yarn, not the computer-controlled uneven yarn that is currently mainstream.
Although the selvedge is not used in the finished product, it is a selvedge fabric made on a power loom.
Pre-dyed grey thread is used for the sewing thread, anticipating heavy wear.

These pants are based on US Navy deck worker denim trousers, so they are pants you'll want to use hard for work. The lightweight 10oz fabric is also a plus. They'll be useful all year round.

The weft yarn is grey, giving the base fabric a slightly darker tone, and the distinctive white slubs are impressive. I'm looking forward to seeing how they fade.

Trying on at the store

In-store try-ons are offered as a service to customers who are considering purchasing from our store.

Please refrain from trying on items solely for the purpose of size confirmation.

Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.

Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.

For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
