Overseas Shipping

We ship internationally via EMS or DHL.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions. We select the most suitable shipping method depending on the destination country or region.

Shipping to the United States:
All orders to the United States are currently shipped via DHL.

Shipping Costs

Please note that the shipping cost displayed at checkout is an estimate.

After your order is placed, we will calculate the actual shipping cost based on the package's weight, dimensions, and destination. The final shipping cost will be confirmed before we finalize your payment.

  • If the actual shipping cost is lower: We will adjust the shipping charge to the correct amount before finalizing your payment and proceeding with shipment.

  • If the actual shipping cost is higher: We will contact you to inform you of the additional charge before finalizing your payment. If you do not agree to the additional cost, you may cancel your order without being charged.

Shipping Preparation and Processing Time

International shipments require additional procedures, including the preparation of customs declarations and other necessary documentation. As a result, please allow extra time for us to prepare your order for shipment.

We do not process shipments on our store's regular closing days. In addition, DHL pickup services are not available in our area on weekends or Japanese public holidays.

Please be aware that orders placed shortly before or during major Japanese holiday periods, such as Golden Week, Obon, Silver Week, and the New Year holidays, may experience additional delays.

During these periods, it may take approximately one week or longer before your order can be shipped.

Important Information Regarding International Orders

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

However, when placing an order through the Shop app, certain taxes, such as state or local sales taxes, may be collected at checkout depending on your location.

Please note that sales taxes collected at checkout are different from customs duties and other import-related charges. Even if taxes have already been collected at checkout, additional charges may still apply when your shipment enters the destination country.

These charges may be collected by customs authorities or the shipping carrier before or upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about applicable duties, taxes, and import regulations before placing your order.

Customs Invoice Declaration

We are unable to declare a lower value on customs invoices or shipping documents, or mark commercial orders as gifts, regardless of request.

All shipments must be declared accurately in accordance with applicable customs regulations.
