Old manufacturing techniques and new structure. The new antique shirt
This is an original fabric that does not exist in vintage or antique items.
Although it is made of 100% rayon, the pattern is created by creating four-ply warp threads and then using a top rayon four-ply thread that is usually made of four-ply rayon threads and a color scheme.
Furthermore, after weaving, the surface of the fabric is lightly brushed on both sides to maximize comfort.
Based on the historical background and hypothesis conceived by Dalys & Co., it is positioned as an antique fabric from 1910.
In the midst of World War I, trade between countries became more active, and this is what inspired the new fabrics that were brought to America.
Even today, more than 100 years later, the fabric born from this hypothesis continues to amaze and inspire. This is a product that we hope you will experience, knowing the old and experiencing the new.
Material: 100% rayon
●Material: Plain weave. A special original rayon fabric made with 4 strands of 30-count warp and weft yarns, and top yarns used in some areas. Both sides are lightly brushed for a soft feel.
●Material origin: Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture
Material equipment: Old-fashioned loom
●Production location: Odate, Akita Prefecture (our own factory) Manufactured at our own factory "Oldact" located in Odate City, Akita Prefecture. A management system that certifies everything from the process to the numerical values.
●Manufacturing equipment: UNION SPECIAL We make extensive use of vintage sewing machines from the late 1800s to the 1960s to create expression and flavor.

What's especially noteworthy is the texture. It's soft and fluffy and feels really nice.
It's a comfortable shirt to wear on slightly chilly days.

In-store try-ons are offered as a service to customers who are considering purchasing from our store.
Please refrain from trying on items solely for the purpose of size confirmation.
Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.
Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.
For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
