Previously, I made military pants "popularly known as M43" that only had cargo pockets on the sides.

Changing the subject, when I looked at a post on Instagram from a vintage clothing enthusiast whom I arbitrarily call "the god of shirts," I noticed that the M43 he had featured front pockets, which shouldn't be there.
After a long time, I sent him a message, and he kindly showed me the details of each part.

Was it a test sample? Was it officially delivered? The history is unknown. I took the front pocket specification as an idea.

The buttons and fabric follow the M43 I made previously, with herringbone + tack button specifications. The individual he showed me had completely different fabric and buttons.

It's not a reproduction, but rather a realization of the idea, "it would be convenient if M43 side cargo pants had front pockets." Since there are no back pockets, the pants are lighter. The hip area doesn't feel bulky.

It's a well-balanced specification that makes me regret, "Why didn't I think of that myself?"

The material, OD/Khaki herringbone, is about 9.2-9.5 ounces. It shrinks slightly when washed, becoming about 10 ounces.
They are similar, but the thickness of the threads is slightly different. The pattern on the OD is not clearly visible. The Khaki (which appears slightly brownish) has a relatively clear stripe pattern.

The product is one-washed.

Front pockets have been added to the M43 Trousers, which were very popular last time.

The waist area has a neat fit. The lower part is relaxed, making them easy to move in and comfortable even in summer. Please consider them for the coming season.
