This denim is made by replacing WORKERS' standard 100% American cotton No. 7 weft and weft with 100% American cotton No. 6 weft (slightly thicker).

Because the weft thread is thicker, the fabric is heavier and thicker, so we named it XH, for "Extra Heavy."

The No. 7 vertical and horizontal is 13.75 ounces, while the XH is about 14.7 ounces. The vertical is slightly different in color even though it is made with the same yarn and dye. When you hold it, even a difference of just 1 ounce per square yard makes it feel much heavier.

The silhouette is a little thicker than the standard 801. The regular 801 is W32 and the hem width is 21 cm, while the 801XH is W32 and about 22.5 cm. The rise is also about 1 cm deeper.

The specifications are based on the so-called war model, with long quinchi (downstitch) on the sides. No coin pocket or rivets. The pocket lining is herringbone fabric. Flannel is also famous for the war, but I chose herringbone because I want to wear it all year round. The leather patch is usually cowhide for the 801, but the 801XH is deer.

The buttons and top are laurel with an S-shaped loop inside. Below that is the WORKERS logo that I made previously in the style of No.2 denim. I made the laurel to match this plating, so I made it to order. It incorporates the "anything goes" design of the war, and the result is cool! It's the part that makes it look cool! The fabric is thicker and the silhouette is wider than the standard 801. The small details are entirely my own taste, and I simply wanted to make jeans that were a little wider and straighter, and tougher.

The product will be delivered in a shrunk state as much as possible by OW + tumble drying.

The above is reprinted from the WORKERS website.

This is the thickest fabric among WORKERS jeans, and it feels rougher than previous jeans. However, it is still comfortable to wear, just like WORKERS jeans, and is recommended for those who want a relaxed, regular straight silhouette. These jeans are very comfortable to wear.
The ear color will be white in the next production, so this blue color will only be available in the first batch. I don't know about the batch after that though... The price is likely to go up.

*I forgot to take a picture of the lining, but it is made of green herringbone fabric.
