＜Five main features of UES printed T-shirts＞
① Good compatibility between fabric and print
The jersey fabric, which uses 16 count single yarn, has a coarse knit, and rubber prints are prone to cracking along the weave. In the case of discharge printing, the pigment blends well with the fabric, and the print peels off just right.
② Highly elastic fabric that resists losing its shape even after repeated washing
By using UES original yarn, which is a blend of Desi cotton and organic cotton, we were able to create a highly elastic fabric that utilizes the characteristics of Desi cotton. Desi cotton is difficult to spin alone because its fibers are thick and short. This problem was solved by blending it with organic cotton. The excellent elasticity and tenacity of Desi cotton, which is even used as a cushioning material, are reflected in the product.
③ Original slim-fit silhouette
The tight and short pattern is designed to conform to the body over repeated wear and washing. The finished product is tumble-dried commercially and is in its most shrunken state. Knitted fabric has the characteristic that if you pull it vertically (length), it becomes narrow horizontally (width), and conversely, if you pull it horizontally (width), it becomes shorter vertically (length). If it feels tight, pull and stretch the fabric to make it conform to your body.
④ Vintage feel created by product dyeing using traditional dyes
We use direct dyes and reactive dyes, which have relatively low colorfastness, for product dyeing. We intentionally use fade-prone dyes to match faded denim. Product dyeing allows for dyeing in various shades. In addition, bio-processing is applied after dyeing to express even more depth in the fabric's color and texture.
⑤ Binder neck
The ribbing around the neck is attached with a triple-fold binder specification. T-shirts often wear out around the neck, but UES T-shirts ensure strength by using a thick rib with a 25mm wide binder neck specification.
