Classic chinos from TCB Jeans. It has a fairly high density and firm texture. The sheen is modest, and the slightly rough, dry texture of the cotton makes it perfect for everyday use. Recommended for those who like a slightly thicker silhouette.

□ Sewing
The pocket is open with 2mm welts, inspired by the Vintage 41 Kahki.

The chain stitch on the obi is done in one go on the top and bottom, which is an interesting feature that is different from civilian workwear.

There is a little extra fabric behind the stitching under the obi, which makes it wobbly.
I believe this is probably a marbelt design, a technique used by tailors to make suit slacks that prevent the shirt from riding up when tucked in.

You can now understand why he is officially called Officer Chino.

*Most of the pockets on jeans are usually sewn with TCB. Welt pockets have more parts and are a much more labor-intensive process. Weld pockets are all made automatically by sewing machines, but we do them all by hand to give them a slightly uneven opening and vintage look. When I occasionally make a different pair of pants, I realize how easy and quick jeans are to sew.

□Fabric
This 10oz fabric is inspired by Vintage 41Khaki.
A double thread of 38 count yarn is used vertically, equivalent to 19 count yarn.
The fabric is woven with a high density of 10-count yarn, doubled with 20-count yarn horizontally.
The cotton is American cotton.
Generally, chino cloth using 20 count threads for both warp and weft is commonly seen, but
The TCB fabric is #1 thread lengthwise and #10 thread widthwise, which may make you imagine it to be a slightly heavy fabric, but it is very supple and not at all uncomfortable to wear.

□ Label
Western costumes used in movies sometimes come up in thrift stores.
In preparation for this long-awaited return, we are delivering it with an Eastern Costume label, based on the fantasy that TCB was chosen as the supplier of costumes from that time.

Size
According to TCB pants, the waist circumference and rise dimensions are close to those of 30's Jeans C.
Same size as 30's Jeans
50s Jeans/One size down from 40's Jeans
I would recommend about that amount.
*Jeans stretch about 1-3 inches as they become more comfortable, so the most accurate way to choose your jeans is to measure your inside waist circumference and base your purchase on that number.
