The vintage item we came across this time was Levis' No. 1 Cloth Ticket Bib overalls from 100 years ago.

It is a luxurious item made of 12.5oz XX DENIM with rivets.

While I was looking at vintage items for reference, I had the opportunity to read an advertisement from that time , which said:

"We have been making riveted waist overalls for 50 years, so we produced these overalls with the same quality. We also used thick XX DENIM and riveted them in all stress points.

However, looking back at the history of overalls and coveralls that followed from the 1930s onwards, the thickness of XX DENIM may have been "too much." Depending on the work involved, the rivets may have interfered with other things.

As a result, bar tacks may have become the mainstream method of reinforcement.

However, there is no doubt that it produced an "overwhelming color fading" that cannot be achieved with 10oz class fabrics.

In a sense, it was too much, which is probably why it never became a standard feature.

However, I think that it was precisely because the champion was unable to become an absolute presence in the workwear category that store brands produced a wide variety of interesting workwear in the 1920s and 1930s.

Please come and experience for yourself what "overalls made with XX DENIM" are like with a pair of TCB overalls.

The fabric is XX DENIM from the 1920s, and is TCB20s fabric based on the story used at the time.

Regarding sizing: The waist size is generally made larger than other TCB overalls. However, the rise is deep, as if it were made based on jeans, and is not as wide as other TCB overalls.

If you're looking for a workwear look with a slightly larger fit, we recommend your usual TCB Jeans size.

If you want a looser, lower, and more oversized look, we recommend going up one size.

The above is reprinted from the TCB official website

Spiral customers may think that 12.5 oz is light, but when it comes to overalls, it's heavy.

It's the same fabric as the 20's, so colorfastness is guaranteed.

You can enjoy jeans-like fading throughout the overalls.

I thought the bib was wide, but when I looked at the ones that arrived, it wasn't that wide, and I got the impression that it was similar to Boss of.
