DELUXEWARE "DLC-005 KNIT CAP".
This is a 100% cotton knit cap made in Kitakatsuragi District, Nara Prefecture.
The version we have in stock this time is MARINE.BORDER, which features a navy base with thin ivory stripes.
It doesn't make as bold a statement as a thick-striped pattern, providing just a subtle accent to the navy knit cap.
It is crafted using slub cotton yarn and combed cotton yarn.
Unlike wool knit caps, the advantage of cotton knit is that it is less itchy and not strictly limited to a single season.
The shape is simple, following an orthodox watch cap style that you wear with a folded cuff.
You can adjust the depth by changing the width of the fold, or wear it fully extended for a much deeper fit.
Its appeal also lies in the ease with which it pairs with your everyday outfits, such as denim jackets, coveralls, or sweatshirts.
Not just for winter, but for spring and autumn too.
It's a versatile piece that's easy to use even when a wool knit cap might feel a little too warm.

The DLC-005 uses both slub cotton yarn and combed cotton yarn.
Combed yarn is created by removing short fibers and impurities during the spinning process, aligning long, uniform fibers to be spun into thread.
It is characterized by minimal fuzz, resulting in a smooth, uniform yarn.
Slub yarn, on the other hand, is thread intentionally spun with uneven thickness.
This irregular thickness creates a natural texture in the knit fabric, giving it a rustic, vintage-inspired look.

Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.
Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.
For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
