We have decided to renew the S40's Jacket, which we have been producing for 5 years.

The original idea was to offer "ease of wear" by referencing vintage styles while slightly refining the length and armhole width.

However, over time, as I re-engaged with vintage items, I found myself wanting to create an S40's with the same silhouette.

The new S40's jacket features vintage-accurate length, body width, and sleeve angle.

Since the fabric remains the same, those who own S40's Jeans can wear them as a set.

Of course, I expect there will be some who preferred the previous silhouette, and others who will say, "I've been waiting for this!"

In baseball, a home run is unequivocally a home run to everyone.

But one of the interesting things about making clothes is that the line between a home run and a strikeout isn't always clear. That's why we believe it's TCB's raison d'être and important mission to continue to deliver what we consider to be the "best strike pitches."

In 2012, when I made the 50's Jeans, I wondered who would buy jeans made by an unknown brand like TCB, but I am grateful that TCB is now receiving such requests.

At that time, I was strongly attracted to the perfection of vintage items like the 506XX and 507XX, but as I reproduced various models, including those from the two L companies, I became more strongly drawn to the charm and historical background found in the imperfection of Simplified models than before.

These internal changes have led to this long-awaited release.

The fabric is also a new 14oz TCB WW2 fabric, specially made for the S40's. For details on the fabric and other features, please refer to the photos.

*The T-back specification starts from size 40 inches.

From sizes 38 to 40 inches, the length and other settings become longer, so if you are considering sizing up, we recommend checking the length.

*The Red Tab specification has changed, and is now indigo-dyed.

Trying on at the store

In-store try-ons are offered as a service to customers who are considering purchasing from our store.

Please refrain from trying on items solely for the purpose of size confirmation.

Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.

Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.

For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
