Return deadline

Return deadlineOnly unopened items (package, bag that the product came in, etc.) and defective products (see "About defective products" above for defective products) can be returned. (Only if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product) In the case of defective products, we cannot accept refunds because the condition is "exchange with the same product or an equivalent product." If there are obvious traces of wear or use, we cannot accept returns.

If you request to change a defective product to another product, we will only do so if the price of the changed product is higher than the original product. In that case, we will charge you the difference in price.

For custom-made products, returns are not accepted except for defective products. Products that have been processed, such as hemming, will be treated the same as custom-made products.

We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, such as the size not fitting or the product being different from what you expected.

Please note that if you cancel your order after the product has been shipped for your own reasons, we will charge you the actual costs of shipping and return, packaging fees, cash on delivery fees, and refund transfer fees.

If the product is returned to us after the storage period has expired due to refusal to receive the cash on delivery package or long-term absence, we will also charge you the actual costs. Return shipping costs We will cover the return shipping costs in the case of incorrect items or initial defects due to our shipping mistakes. In either case, we may make a judgment after the product arrives at our store, so please be sure to notify us before returning the product. *Please also see the item on defective products.

If you return the product for your own reasons, please cover the shipping costs to our store.
If we ship a replacement product from our store, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs. If we send a replacement product, we will not offer a discount based on the purchase price, so you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs. For defective products or initial defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

If there is a manufacturer's warranty or agency warranty, it will follow those. (Agency warranties vary depending on the agency.)
The warranty period is the number of days from when the product is delivered to the customer.
Even if it is within the warranty period, it is necessary to meet items 2 and 3 of "About initial defects" below.
If it is determined that they are met, we will exchange it for the same product or an equivalent product.
If we check it and find that it is an initial defect, we will exchange it for the same product or an equivalent product.
Please note that it may take several days to check.
"Initial defects" must meet the following criteria.

1. You have a copy of the shipping company's waybill when it was sent (a copy is acceptable if you are sending it).

2. You have the delivery note sent with the product (a copy is acceptable if you are sending it).

3. All accessories for the product (packaging, instruction manual, other documents, etc.) are present and are undamaged.

4. The product has not been dropped or otherwise improperly handled by the customer due to careless handling of the product.

5. The product has not been used in a manner that deviates from the usage conditions or precautions for use described in the product specifications.

6. No information has been rewritten, changed, or modified by the customer.

7. There are no missing serial stickers, barcodes, etc.

8. All printed materials (stickers, packaging, delivery notes, etc.) are intact.

9. The product is still within the warranty period.
