It was made based on the paper patch of a vintage Levi's 507XX (2nd Type) owned by TCB.
The front pocket is stitched with a twin-needle machine, so the corners have a rice ball-like stitch. The pocket stitching is transferred to the flap stitching without cutting the thread, so the stitching goes all the way to the bottom of the flap.
The bar closures on the front pockets have been adjusted to the same thickness and width as vintage items, and are in the same position. The armhole hem, which is one of the most difficult manufacturing processes, is also made using a vintage sewing machine.
The obi and cuffs are chain stitched all the way to the end of the obi, and sewn in one go with a Union Special stitching without any base stitching.
The fabric used is approximately 13.5oz Zimbabwe cotton. It is not the currently mainstream computer-generated unevenness that is mechanically created, but the texture created by traditional spinning machines. The texture is characterized by thick, short folds, which, when naturally connected into lines, create the most beautiful vertical folds.
