HORSE BUTT is manufactured by a tanner in Santa Croce, Tuscany, Italy. It uses fully vegetable tanned bend (butt) leather. The surface treatment is dense and has a high-quality feel that does not feel like thick leather, and the more you use it over the years, the more delicate the luster that is unique to horse butts will develop. Since the raw leather is from horses that are allowed to graze so that they can run freely, there are many natural wrinkles and scratches. We appreciate your understanding on this point.
