“Uma”Equestrian Blue 90 x 90

Uma is a design Satoshi Kaga and I have been working on for several months. We were inspired by a friend Stable West to make an equestrian themed bandanna. The main idea was to create a design that was based on blue and white ceramics. Being a fan and collector of these items it was only natural to use similar details and themes. We have included a little bit of East and West here. Notice the Japanese horse shoes mixed with Western horse shoes. The darker shade here will actually be dark indigo and the light a Parisian blue. With little details of ecru to balance it out. This is our first design that we will be offering in 70 x 70 and 90 x 90 cm sizes. This design will also be included in our standard collection so expect to see many color renditions of this design. 

"ウマ” 90 x 90

Umaは、加賀聡と私が数ヶ月前から取り組んでいたデザインだ。友人のステーブル・ウエストに触発され、馬術をテーマにしたバンダナを作ることになった。主なアイデアは、青と白の陶器をベースにしたデザインを作ることでした。これらのアイテムのファンでありコレクターである私たちにとって、同じようなディテールやテーマを使用するのは当然のことでした。東洋と西洋の要素を少し取り入れました。日本の馬蹄と西洋の馬蹄が混ざっていることに注目してください。濃い色合いは濃いインディゴ、薄い色合いはパリジャン・ブルーです。バランスを取るために、エクリュのディテールを少し入れています。これは70×70cmと90×90cmのサイズで提供する最初のデザインです。このデザインはスタンダード・コレクションにも含まれる予定ですので、多くのカラーバリエーションが見られることをご期待ください。
