When I was young, I didn't wear polo shirts. In the summer, I wore T-shirts. Later, when I started wearing shirts, I would wear broadcloth or thin chambray with the sleeves rolled up. However, with the recent heatwaves, I started wearing just one T-shirt in the middle of summer, and this is what I ended up with.
"It looks neat even when worn alone" 3 PLY T. If you wear 3 PLY frequently, the next request will come up.
"I want a cut and sewn shirt with a collar" = "Polo Shirt" Finally, the polo shirt.
However, when it comes to making it, the pique body, collar, and cuffs are knitted and sewn on a flat knitting machine in a way that is different from that of a typical T-shirt.
Although they had unique know-how in polo shirt manufacturing, we had not been able to find a manufacturer that could match the atmosphere, quantity, delivery date, and quality that WOREKRS was looking for, so the idea had been shelved for a long time. When I mentioned this to Tailor Grand's Hasei in Yokohama, I found out that one of Grand's customers made polo shirts! I get along well with Grand and I talk to them well. (There is also the mysterious connection that Hasei of Grand is from Okayama, and I live in Okayama.) As a customer of Grand, there is no way that our direction could be different! So, I was introduced to them, and finally the polo shirt project started. (It also felt like a connection because the manufacturer likes trial bikes. The first bike I ever rode was a TLR200.)
When it came to actually designing it, I was troubled! The crocodile was chasing me everywhere, and at first I was thinking things like, "Is it a cat or a tiger on my chest?" However, when I was making the pattern, I realized that the design method is more similar to that of a shirt than a cut and sew.
The design was decided easily when I thought, "What would it be like if I designed it as a shirt?" There is a pocket on the chest. Instead of a logo patch, it has a subtle W embroidery.
The shape is an I-Z style with a longer back. The white ones are product washed, and the colored ones are product dyed, giving them a worn-in look.

In-store try-ons are offered as a service to customers who are considering purchasing from our store.
Please refrain from trying on items solely for the purpose of size confirmation.
Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.
Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.
For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
