UES_652321_NV_1_Slub Nep Short Sleeve T-Shirt #8_Steel Gray

Considering the thread thickness, this shirt is twice as thick as UES's standard Deshi cotton and organic jersey, making it extremely durable with a unique texture. The fabric is 9.5oz.

The yarn that gives the fabric its distinctive texture is created by using 30% Australian cotton as a base, adding 10% neps, and then 60% waste cotton. This combination results in a unique slub shape and neps that define the fabric's appearance. The occasional presence of different colored threads attached to or mixed into the fabric is a characteristic unique to this yarn, caused by mixing in as much as 60% waste cotton, and is not a defect. The yarn is approximately twice as thick as UES's Ramayana T-shirt, giving the fabric a substantial feel. A long-sleeved version made from the same fabric is also available.

Although the fabric has a substantial feel, it is not densely woven, so it is breathable and comfortable, with a bumpy surface that prevents it from clinging to the skin.
