TCB jeans_50's Jeans
A classic TCB model created with the aim of recreating the 50s xx paper patch of Levi's 501.
The silhouette is traced from vintage items owned by TCB, and the sewing thread count and color are carefully selected one by one to create the piece.
The fabric used is about 13.5oz Zimbabwe cotton. It is not the currently mainstream computer-generated unevenness, but is created by adjusting a traditional spinning machine. The texture is characterized by a thick and short fall, and when it naturally connects to a line, you can expect the best vertical fall.
The rise is deep and the silhouette is relaxed with a slight taper towards the hem.
The notches used to insert the hidden rivets were reproduced using the strongest method available at the time.
All the paper patches are handmade. When the base color fades, the paper will tear and the dark fabric will peek out.
The obi around the waist is not sewn with a plain stitch, but is sewn with a chain stitch all the way to the end of the obi. The collar loop is left exposed rather than tucked inside.
The lining of vintage jeans is often roughly sewn, so the TCB jeans 50's are reproduced to the extent that there is no problem with strength.
The sewing thread is made in four colors and five different thread counts. These jeans have a lot to offer, such as changing the width of the stitching depending on the sewing area, and adjusting and modifying the sewing machine.
