TCB 30s Jacket While some parts are faithful to the original, the silhouette has been given a modern twist.

[Sleeve specifications]
The sleeve specifications vary depending on the individual item, but this time the 30s has one sleeve. The sleeves are thick and loose.

[Front pocket]
The flap has corners, and the twin-needle stitching is done by rotating the needle at key points, resulting in the creation of triangles commonly known as onigiri.
The lining is a different light-weight fabric. From the early 1940s, the flap and pockets were sewn together, but since this is the 1930s, they are sewn separately.
The red tab is placed at a high position.

[Box stitch]
A narrow box stitch measuring 6 mm vertically. It is sewn so that it rises above the pocket, imitating the specifications of a certain item.

[Collar specifications]
The 20s model has a square collar that is cut vertically along the grain of the fabric and has no angled corners, but by the 30s model, the collar shape was changed to one with a slightly angled edge.

It is made of 100% American cotton, warp and weft count 6, and is 14.1 oz., a slightly thicker, firmer fabric than TCB's previous products. It is made with the same number of threads and the same weave as the vintage, even the weave of the selvedge was used as a reference.

【button】
The white, plated look of the iron buttons is the closest to the vintage look, so tin plating is used on the iron buttons. With use, the plating will peel off and the peeled areas will rust.

[Buckle back]
The stitching specifications and stitch pitch are the same as the vintage version.
