The tube body series is made using textured super slub yarn and a rare old-fashioned small circular knitting machine. The fabric is an original slub heathered tube knit made in Wakayama. The vintage-style round-body jersey is made of specially spun slub heathered yarn with a large uneven shape at the top and bottom, and is carefully knitted for each size on a rare small circular knitting machine. The tubular fabric has no seams at the sides, making it soft, stretchy, and stressless to wear. The unique uneven structure reduces the contact area with the skin, making it highly breathable even in hot seasons. The fabric texture increases the more you wear it, making it an original fabric. The design is based on the classic 60s T-shirt motif, and the collar, cuffs, and hem are ribbed with piping. The piping is sewn with a special sewing machine using a "parent-child binder sewing" method, in which the ribbed fabric is doubled with a narrow width and wrapped around the body fabric, and vintage details such as the placket made of woven fabric, cat's eye buttons, and single stitching on the shoulders are painstakingly reconstructed. The double-wrapped narrow piping prevents the fabric from twisting at the collar, cuffs, and hem, giving it a sharp and striking impression. The black, orange, and green body colors are made by overdying blue heather and applying a unique dyeing process that fades over time to create an atmospheric color scheme. The silhouette is a basic regular fit with just the right amount of room in the armholes and shoulders for a comfortable fit.
