UES original work caps were first produced in 2005, and since then, their silhouette and details have been updated, making them a staple item under product number "82W."
They are a long-lasting product that has been supported consistently for over 20 years.
Characterized by a shallow fit, they create a stylish look.
As a hat, it's the second most popular shape after baseball caps, making it perfect as a coordinating accent.
The brim, which has a substantial feel, is slightly shorter, and the core material is made of a special material that remembers its shape.
It features a firm yet soft texture, similar to cork, and a restoring force that allows it to return to its original shape even after being bent.
The back features eyelet holes for ventilation and a loop for hanging.
The loop is a detail designed for hanging a cap on a hook, etc., from your waist when riding a motorcycle or similar, after taking it off.
The fabric used is a domestic material woven on a power loom, known for its excellent color fading properties. Power looms can weave fabric without excessive tension on the threads, resulting in a plump and bulky texture. A dot pattern is printed on the indigo x indigo plain weave fabric using a technique called discharge printing. The fading of the indigo and the specially treated printed pattern will show unique aging over time.
