DELUXEWARE D-27 40S Ranch Coat

"D-27" is a reproduction of a 40s ranch coat by Deluxe Wear.

This product is manufactured based on a ranch coat that actually existed in the 1940s.

The 14-wale corduroy fabric, horsehide yoke leather, and quilted 64-cross inner lining with cotton batting greatly improve warmth and ease of handling.

Furthermore, the easy-to-move-in and beautiful silhouette, tailored to modern times, will broaden the range of styling options.

Material and Origin: ● Material Composition: 60% Cotton, 20% Leather, 20% N20%
● Material Information: 14WALE corduroy, 1mm thick horsehide combination tanned oil leather. The 14WALE corduroy is made with organic cotton and has a high density due to the weft thread being 1.5 times the amount of the warp thread. The number of wales per inch is expressed as WELL.
- 1mm Horsehide Leather: This 1mm thick horsehide is made from European horse leather and finished in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture. It features a special two-step tanning process: first chrome-tanned, then further tanned with tannins, resulting in a high-quality leather that is resistant to wind and rain, and has good firmness and resilience.
