TCB jeans_50'S Jean Jacket
TCB jeans_50'S Jean Jacket
It was made based on the paper patch of a vintage Levi's 507XX (2nd Type) owned by TCB.
The front pocket is stitched with a two-needle sewing machine, so the corners have a rice ball-like stitch. And the pocket stitch is transferred to the flap stitch without cutting the thread, so the stitching goes all the way to the bottom of the flap.
The bar closures on the front pockets have been adjusted to the same position as vintage items, with the thickness and width adjusted accordingly. The rolled stitching on the armholes, which is one of the most difficult manufacturing processes, was also done on a vintage sewing machine.
The obi and cuffs are chain stitched on the back all the way to the ends, and sewn in one go with a Union Special sewing machine without any base seams.
The fabric used is about 13.5oz Zimbabwe cotton. The unevenness created by the old-fashioned spinning machine is not the same as the current mainstream computer-generated unevenness, but the texture created by the old-fashioned spinning machine is characterized by a thick and short fall, and when it naturally connects to a line, it shows the best vertical fall.
*Side panel specifications are for sizes 40 and above.
