SpiralDance×VASCO_LEATHER VOYAGE PURSE WALLET
SpiralDance×VASCO_LEATHER VOYAGE PURSE WALLET
This is a special order model, a SpiralDance Leather version of the "LEATHER VOYAGE PURSE WALLET", which uses VASCO's original brass ferrule.
This is a frog-mouth wallet that is a modernized version of an antique British wallet produced in the late 19th century.
This is a reproduction of the sharp brass purse that was popular around the 19th century.
When you open the coin purse, it connects to the bill pocket, allowing you to take out bills directly, creating a playful design.
However, please be aware that the leather in this product does not have a good sliding surface (underside) so if you pull it out forcefully it may get torn.
The natural and dark navy leather is a combination tanned boar hide, while the brown is made from deer pull-up.
Boar leather is characterized by its natural grain and pores, giving it a wild look.
Pull-up deerskin is rich in oil and will develop a lustrous look with use.
*Due to the nature of handmade products made from natural leather, there may be slight individual differences in the texture and color of each product, and color transfer may occur due to friction, sweat, moisture, etc., but this is a material that allows you to enjoy the changes over time that are unique to natural leather.

To be honest, it's not exactly the most user-friendly wallet, but its classic feel makes it even more appealing.

Boar leather dark navy: A combination of chrome and tannin tanning that brings out the texture of boar skin. The color is hill-dyed navy. It is a dark navy that is close to black. It has the wildest look of the products we have produced so far. Please enjoy the power that you can never experience with the leather of livestock that you usually see. The gloss will increase with use.
Natural boar leather: This is a boar leather created with the aim of polishing the surface to give it a glossy finish. It is uncolored, but the color is slightly darker than when it is in its natural state because heat is applied when polishing the grain. It is tanned with a combination of chrome and tannin to achieve both strength and flexibility. It will change to brown with use.
Sika Brown: Sika deer pull-up tanned in Himeji. When you try to harden deer leather, it inevitably ends up with a dry, paper-like texture, but by adding oil and wax to the pull-up, we were able to give it a moist texture while maintaining the suppleness unique to deerskin that other raw hides do not have. You can also enjoy the unique color of pull-up leather, which changes color as the leather flexes. This is a deer pull-up that the tanner had never tried before. It has a sticky softness. It will gain more luster with use and become even more supple and comfortable.
All of these are original SpiralDance leathers that were created through trial and error in collaboration with tanners.
We currently have two of each color in stock. You can see the actual product in store and choose for yourself. If you purchase from our online shop, please leave it to us.
