The fabric is an original 100% cotton double-faced thermal that has been uniquely reconstructed from vintage hexagonal honeycomb thermal using a special knitting machine in Wakayama.

In ordinary honeycomb fabrics, the lining is the same color as the outer fabric, and both sides have a embossed pattern, but this fabric uses a special knitting machine and knitting method, which results in a hexagonal honeycomb pattern on the outer fabric, a pinborder pattern on the lining that is a different color from the outer fabric, and a double-faced fabric with a flat structure that feels good against the skin.The color of the lining affects the color of the outer fabric, creating an atmospheric body color, and it creates a unique material texture that is soft, thick, and warm to wear, and the more it ages the more it is worn.

The design is a henley neck with a 60s military thermal motif. It is a time-consuming reconstruction of classic details such as a placket made of woven fabric with houndstooth stitching, a durable two-needle binder neck, vintage arrow pattern ribbing on the cuffs, kitseye buttons, rounded lock hem, and four-needle stitching. The stitching is done with four-needle flat seam stitching, which requires skilled technique to flatten the unevenness of the seam allowance and sew it over a long period of time, creating a method that further enhances the atmosphere and comfort of the classic undershirt.
