＜Five main features of UES print T-shirts＞

① Good compatibility between fabric and print
The jersey fabric made from 16-count single yarn has a large jersey weave, and rubber prints tend to crack along the weave. In the case of discharge prints, the pigment blends well with the fabric, and the peeling of the print also comes out just right.

② Strong fabric elasticity and resistance to losing shape after repeated washing
By using UES original yarn, a blend of Desi cotton and organic cotton, we were able to create a fabric with excellent elasticity that harnesses the characteristics of Desi cotton. Desi cotton has thick, short fibers, making it difficult to spin on its own. This problem was solved by blending it with organic cotton. The excellent elasticity and tenacity of Desi cotton, which is even used as a cushioning material, are evident in the product.

③ Slim-fit original silhouette
The tight and short pattern is designed to conform to the body over repeated wear and washing. The finished product is put through an industrial tumble dryer to achieve its most shrunk state. Knit fabric has the characteristic that if the length is pulled, the width becomes narrow, and conversely, if the width is pulled, the length becomes shorter. Areas that feel tight can be stretched by pulling the fabric to make it conform to the body during wear.

④ Vintage feel created by product dyeing using traditional dyes
We use relatively low colorfastness dyes, such as direct dyes and reactive dyes, for product dyeing. We intentionally use dyes that fade to ensure compatibility with fading denim. Product dyeing allows for a variety of shades. Furthermore, bio-processing is performed after dyeing to create even greater depth in the fabric's color and texture.

⑤ Binder neck
The ribbing around the neck is attached with a three-fold binder specification. T-shirts often wear out when the neck stretches out, but UES T-shirts ensure strength by using a thick rib with a 25mm wide binder neck specification.
