TCB Jeans_SEAMENS TROUSERS

SEAMENS TROUSERS are based on the 40's vintage USN DECK PANTS owned by TCB.

The silhouette is traced from a vintage item, and the sewing thread count and color are picked up in each place.
The belt loops are sewn on, the front pockets are sewn with double lines, and the urea buttons with thread guides are distinctive. The more you wear them, the more creasing will appear and the color of the sewing thread will fade to a gray color.

Each piece is stenciled by hand in places that are commonly found on vintage clothing.

The fabric used is not the currently mainstream computer-controlled uneven yarn, but rather approximately 10oz denim with natural unevenness.
Although the selvedge is not used in the product, it is a selvedge fabric made on a power loom.
Pre-dyed grey thread is used for sewing, as the garment is designed for heavy wear.

These pants are based on the denim trousers used by the US Navy for deck work, so they are perfect for heavy work. They are also light at 10oz, so they can be used all year round.

The weft is grey, and the base fabric is one tone darker than the original, with distinctive white neps that make an impression. I'm looking forward to seeing how the color fades.
