TCB jeans_50's Jeans_Indigo Tab

This is TCB's standard model, created to reproduce the paper patch of Levi's 501 from the 50s XX era.

The silhouette is traced from a vintage pair owned by TCB, and the sewing threads are carefully selected, one by one, for count and color at each location.

The fabric used is approximately 13.5oz Zimbabwe cotton. Unlike the forced unevenness created by modern computer-controlled spinning machines, this fabric's unevenness is created by adjusting traditional spinning machines. The characteristic fading is thick and short, and when these lines naturally connect, it is expected to produce the best vertical fading.

The rise is deep, and the silhouette is loose with a slight taper towards the hem.

The cut for inserting the hidden rivets reproduces the strongest method among the many used at the time.

The paper patch is all handmade. The idea is that when the base color fades, the paper tears, revealing the darker fabric underneath.

The waistband below the belt is sewn without a base stitch, using a chain stitch all the way to the end of the band. The aim is to leave the chain stitch loop exposed rather than tucking it inside.

The pocket bags from the vintage era were often roughly sewn, so TCB jeans 50's reproduces this to an extent that doesn't compromise strength.

The jeans are sewn with 4 colors and 5 different counts of sewing thread. This pair of jeans features many highlights, such as varying stitch widths depending on the sewing area and adjustments and modifications to the sewing machines.

The red tab has been changed to an indigo tab.
