CHROMEXCEL (HORWEEN) is one of the world's most well-known leathers, made from North American rawhide raised on vast premises, infused with plenty of natural oils, and chrome tanned.
Because an abundance of oil is permeated deep into the core, it is thick yet has just the right amount of softness.
For the finishing touch, the base material is tanned in a natural color and then dyed using a unique aniline hand finish recipe, and by pulling the deeper color on the surface, you can see the vivid color deep within the leather.
The oils contained in the product are also rich in this product, and can help to smooth out scratches that occur with use by wiping them with cream or oil.
Please note that due to the high oil content of this product, the oil may turn white depending on the season. This occurs when the oil hardens and can be stopped by gently rubbing the surface with a cloth.
