TCB Jeans_60's jeans 13oz

TCB jeans 60's was created with the image of the early 60's.

It is characterized by a pure blue color, unevenness, and fuzziness that is different from XX.

The fabric used here is approximately 13oz San Joaquin cotton.

San Joaquin cotton is grown in the southern Central Valley, a vast agricultural region in the heart of California.

This farmland was created using meltwater from the surrounding mountains, and the cotton is grown using groundwater sourced from this meltwater.

It has a clean silhouette that tapers towards the hem.

All 20 count core yarn is used for sewing.

The paper patch is hand-processed, just like TCB jeans 50's.

The idea is that when the base color fades, the paper will tear and the darker fabric will peek out from inside.

The TCB jeans 60's are not made in one go but rather added later, so to give them the feel of the time, they are sewn a little further in than the TCB jeans 50's, which gives the edges of the patch a rounded look after one wash, which is great.

These jeans have many interesting features, such as changing the stitching width depending on the sewing location, and adjusting and modifying the sewing machine.
