① Excellent compatibility between fabric and print
The jersey fabric, made from 16-count single yarn, has large jersey stitches, which can cause rubber prints to crack along the weave. In the case of discharge prints, the pigment blends well with the fabric, and the print shows just the right amount of fading.
② Strong fabric elasticity, resistant to losing shape even after repeated washing
By using UES's original yarn, a blend of Desi cotton and organic cotton, we were able to create a highly elastic fabric that leverages the properties of Desi cotton. Desi cotton has thick and short fibers, making it difficult to spin on its own. This problem is solved by blending it with organic cotton. The excellent elasticity and tenacity of Desi cotton, which is even used as a cushioning material, are evident in the product.
③ Slim-fit original silhouette
The tight and short pattern is designed to conform to the body comfortably through repeated wear and washing. The finished product is pre-shrunk to its maximum extent by industrial tumble drying. Knitted fabrics have a characteristic where pulling vertically (length) makes them narrower horizontally (width), and conversely, pulling horizontally (width) makes them shorter vertically (length). For areas that feel tight, stretch the fabric to lengthen it and wear it to conform to your body.
④ Vintage feel from product dyeing using traditional dyes
We use relatively less colorfast dyes, such as direct dyes and reactive dyes, for product dyeing. We deliberately use fading dyes to complement the fading of denim. Product dyeing allows for a variety of color shades. Additionally, bio-processing is applied after dyeing to express even greater depth in the fabric's color and texture.
⑤ Binder Neck
The ribbing around the neck is attached with a triple-fold binder specification. While T-shirts often wear out around the neck, UES T-shirts ensure durability by using a thick 25mm wide binder neck rib.
