TCB Jeans_Huntsman Vest_Covert Herringbone

The Huntsman Vest is based on 1930s-40s HETTRICK hunting vests. We have produced this vest three times before, and thankfully, it has been very well received each time.

This time, we have changed the fabric to charcoal covert herringbone.

For the Huntsman Vest, we change the fabric with every production run and never reproduce it in the same material.

Because of this, there are even those who collect every generation of the Huntsman Vest.

This charcoal covert herringbone version is also limited to this lot only.

The next time we make it, the Huntsman Vest will have a different look entirely.

Including the half-moon pockets on the front, there are a total of eight pockets.
The visual impact is obvious, but it also has more storage capacity than you would imagine when you actually use it.

The half-moon pockets are especially interesting.
Since the entire body is one large pouch, you can even put items in from the left and pull them out from the right. When paired with the Workers Wild Cat Tee that arrived yesterday,
it has a kind of “Wild Cat Hunter” vibe, which is also quite nice.

Kyun tried a curveball by wearing it over a Seamen JK, which looked fresh, and
I’m certain it will be perfect layered over a hoodie in autumn and winter.
Personally, I think of it as "wearable luggage" for the summer.

For days when you want to head out without a bag,
just toss everything into the pockets and go.
I’d be happy if you used it that way.

In June 2024, I went to Sweden to visit Viktor Fredback.
Northern Europe in the summer is pleasant, and while it was a great season to wear a Good Luck JK over a T-shirt, the total travel time from Kojima was about 20 hours.

During that trip, I lost my passport in my bag three times,
lost my hotel key card once,
threw out my lower back once,
and nearly had an accident due to the gap in public toilet accessibility compared to Japan once...

Well, once those travel memories pass, much like the MasterCard commercial catchphrase from when I was a kid, they are priceless experiences, but...

As someone who always wants to turn such experiences into something positive,
I started thinking about making a vest again that would allow me to easily store keys, AirPods, a passport, and the like, and be worn casually.

In the past, I made a work vest by cutting the sleeves off an OSHKOSH engineer jacket, but this time I based it on a 30's hunting vest.

I think it can be worn elegantly over a shirt, and I personally plan on using it over T-shirts or hoodies, or under denim jackets and coveralls to keep my belongings from getting lost.

Including the front half-moon pockets, there are 8 pockets, giving it more storage capacity than meets the eye. In particular, because the half-moon pocket spans the entire body, you can put something in the left pocket and take it out from the right.
