TCB Jeans_50er Jahre Jeans_Indigo Tab

This is TCB's standard model, created to reproduce the paper patch of Levi's 501 50s XX.

The silhouette is traced from a vintage pair owned by TCB, and the sewing threads are carefully selected one by one for count and color.

The fabric used is approximately 13.5oz Zimbabwean cotton. Instead of the forcibly created unevenness from modern computer-controlled machines, this fabric's unevenness is produced by adjusting traditional spinning machines. The characteristic of the fading is thick and short, and when these lines naturally connect, it is expected to show the best vertical fading.

It features a relaxed silhouette with a deep rise and a slight taper towards the hem.

The incision for inserting the hidden rivet reproduces the strongest method among the many available at the time.

All paper patches are handmade. The idea is that when the base color fades, the paper tears, revealing the darker fabric underneath.

The waistband is not blind-stitched; instead, it's chain-stitched all the way to the end of the waistband. The run-off is intentionally left out rather than being tucked inside.

The pocket bags from the vintage era were often roughly sewn, so TCB jeans 50's reproduces this to an extent that doesn't compromise durability.

These jeans are sewn with four colors of sewing thread and five different thread counts. There are many highlights, such as varying the sewing width depending on the location and adjustments and modifications to the sewing machines.

The red tab has been changed to an indigo tab.

Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after purchase and trying on at home are also not accepted.
