TCB 30s Jacket While some parts are faithful to the original, the silhouette has been given a modern twist.

[Sleeve specifications]
The sleeve specifications vary depending on the individual item, but this time the 30s has one sleeve. The sleeves are thick and loose.

[Front pocket]
The flap has corners, and the twin-needle stitching is done by rotating the needle at key points, resulting in the creation of triangles commonly known as onigiri.
The lining is a different light-weight fabric. From the early 1940s, the flap and pocket were sewn together, but since this is the 1930s, they are sewn separately.
The red tab is placed at a high position.

[Box stitch]
A narrow box stitch measuring 6 mm vertically. It is sewn so that it rises above the pocket, imitating the specifications of a certain item.

[Collar specifications]
The 20s model has a square collar cut vertically along the grain of the fabric and has no angled collar, but by the 30s model, the collar shape was changed to one with a slight angle.

【material】
It is made of 100% American cotton, warp and weft count 6, and is 14.1 oz., a slightly thicker, firmer fabric than TCB's previous products. It is made with the same number of threads and the same weave as the vintage, even the weave of the selvedge was used as a reference.

【button】
The white, plated look of the iron buttons is the closest to the vintage look, so tin plating is used on the iron buttons. With use, the plating will peel off and the peeled areas will rust.

[Buckle back]
The stitching specifications and stitch pitch are the same as the vintage version.

Trying on at the store

In-store try-ons are offered as a service to customers who are considering purchasing from our store.

Please refrain from trying on items solely for the purpose of size confirmation.

Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.

Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.

For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
