This is a renewed model of the Samurai Vintage Series "S510HX".

The denim is 15.8oz Samurai Cotton GL3 Selvedge, woven on an old-fashioned GL3 power loom using Samurai cotton as the weft. The lining is a beige-colored lining with selvedge edges. The SAMURAI JAPAN iron buttons and hidden brass rivets are two-prong, giving the jeans a thicker profile. The leather label is based on the original Samurai Jeans design, and the flasher design also adds a vintage touch. The stitching is also carefully crafted to capture the feel of jeans from that era, using not only all-cotton threads but also the thread color, count, stitch count, and stitch width.

The silhouette is a regular straight cut with a little room in the rise and around the waist, tapering gently towards the hem.

With the release of this product, the previous model "S510HX" will be discontinued. Also, with the renewal, the arcuate and red tab on the back pocket will be discontinued.

New original denim "15.8oz Samurai Cotton GL3 Selvedge Denim"

The warp thread is made of unevenly textured 100% Texas cotton No. 6 thread, dyed a deep indigo color with a slight blue tint, reminiscent of 1950s denim. The weft thread is made of a special, original, unevenly textured No. 5 thread mixed with our own homemade cotton, "Samurai Cotton."

The thread is then carefully woven on the GL3, an old power loom, a renowned example of a Toyota Automatic Loom Company. This is one of Japan's earliest power looms, and is an extremely rare machine that is able to weave fabric while retaining the unevenness of the thread.

The natural indigo color of the warp thread and the neps and rough texture of the weft thread made from Japanese cotton, which is characterized by its short fibers, give this denim a natural look with a rough feel.

The selvedge has a natural base, with a pale pink central thread that resembles a faded red, and a single strand of glitter thread is added to express the pride of Samurai Selvedge denim.

This luxurious model features a weft thread made with Samurai Cotton, which is grown in-house by Samurai Jeans. This is truly Japanese denim made with Japanese cotton.

Trying on at the store

In-store try-ons are offered as a service to customers who are considering purchasing from our store.

Please refrain from trying on items solely for the purpose of size confirmation.

Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.

Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.

For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
