The old-style loopwheel knitting machine originally produces fluffy fleece, similar to hand-knitting. While this machine itself can be customized and modified to achieve various textures, this S300 series is knitted as the "thinnest loopwheeled fleece," pushing the limits of the old-style loopwheel knitting machine. The goal was to create a loopwheeled fleece as versatile as jersey fabric. Its insulating power, comparable to thermal wear, and its versatility make it perfect as an inner layer for leather jackets. It features a mock neck design so the collar does not touch the skin.

●Material Description: Thinnest Loopwheeled Fleece, Unbrushed
A knit fabric with the thinnest texture created from an old-style Azuma knitting machine. It produces a mere 12 meters (enough for 7 garments) per day, making it highly inefficient but characterized by a unique texture difficult to achieve with other knitting machines.

Manufactured at our own factory "Ordact" in Odate City, Akita Prefecture. We maintain a controlled system that certifies every process and measurement.

We extensively use vintage sewing machines from the late 1800s to the 1960s to create unique expressions and textures.

DELUXEWARE S300 Mock Neck Sweatshirt

“A sweatshirt to wear inside a leather jacket.”

This DELUXEWARE’s thinnest loopwheeled fleece series fulfills that "wish-it-existed-but-doesn't" item.

Knitted to its thinnest possible limit on an old-style Azuma knitting machine, this loopwheeled fleece has the lightness of a long-sleeve T-shirt. However, the air pockets unique to its fleece structure provide insulation comparable to thermal wear.

Even with leather jackets or denim jackets, where thick sweatshirts can feel restrictive around the arms, this one allows for comfortable wear without stress.

Furthermore, the mock neck design ensures the collar doesn't directly touch the skin, enhancing cold weather protection.

Though seemingly simple, this piece condenses DELUXEWARE's craftsmanship, including the use of an old-style Azuma knitting machine, in-house factory sewing, and tailoring with vintage sewing machines.

It's a highly versatile sweatshirt that can be worn comfortably on its own not just in winter, but also in spring and autumn.

Items such as cut-and-sew garments, which are prone to stretching, cannot be tried on. Exchanges after trying on at home post-purchase are also not accepted.

Please also refrain from trying on belts, as they tend to stretch. For length confirmation, please bring a belt you are currently using.

For leather boots and sandals, try-ons are also offered on the premise of purchase. Please try them on during the final confirmation stage. When trying on, please be careful not to cause wrinkles. Please be sure to bring your own socks.
