The popular TCB Jeans Cathartt Chore Coat is now available in a new Wabash fabric version.

To make Wabash fabric,
Dye the fabric with indigo
Remove the pattern using a discharge agent ↓
It is necessary to go through a lengthy process of adding color to the blank white pattern.

At the same time, stripes were expressed through weaving. Woven Stripe has also been released, but I somehow prefer the more cumbersome fabric. Only Wabash is available.

The following is an excerpt from the TCB website:

□Fabric
Wabash Stripe 10-count vertical and horizontal 2×1 left twill 10 oz. Both vertical and horizontal uneven yarns are indigo dyed. After discharging the dot stripe pattern based on Vintage, the discharged parts are colored light beige. (Discharging)

□ Regarding size
Compared to the standard colors Denim and Paw Stripe, this Wabash & Woven Stripe is slightly larger in size. The shoulder width remains the same, but the width, sleeve length, and length are slightly larger, so if you have a standard color and the shoulder width is a little loose, we recommend going down one size. TK 180cm 65kg Woven Stripe 36 Just the right size Assumes wearing a T-shirt underneath Ryo 180cm 85kg Wabash 40 Has enough room to wear a thin sweatshirt

Some of you may know that when we start a new project at TCB, it often starts with an encounter with a vintage item. It can be something I used to look at through a glass window as a boy, something I've only seen in magazines, or a special vintage item worn by an actor on TV, and we start by acquiring it under the excuse of "recovering something I longed for in the past". Or, as with Viktors Voice, we borrow a special piece that you won't even find in a vintage store and start making it. And this time, I'll say it in advance. I started without finding the perfect source material for sampling. All I have is a heart button. And a pair of MASTER CLOTH overalls from that era. I started from there. The reason is simple. It's a jacket I've always wanted to make. I'd had the word Cathartt in mind for a few years. Of course, when I do that, it has to be a heart button! I took inspiration from vintage overalls for the MASTER CLOTH name. What was the basis for the CHORE COAT? I own two vintage Carhartt coats from the 1940s and 1950s. Based on the silhouette of the CHORE COAT, I have created a 1920s atmosphere by referring to various sources so that the MASTER CLOTH name, heart buttons, and historical accuracy match. Square collar with a tear in the middle Eyelet-attached change button Adjustable first button and cuffs Set-in sleeves Low sleeve seam reproduced in TWO CATS BLOUSE, etc. When I actually come across a vintage coat in the future, there may be some parts that are different from my imagination. A reverse version of a sci-fi movie depicting the future A CATHARTT CHORE COAT made from the past Let's make a time machine in the future and wear this coat to the 1920s. I'm looking forward to seeing if I'm found out to be from the future.

■Notes Both the front buttons and cufflinks are change buttons. They are less durable than regular buttons, so we recommend removing the buttons when washing. In the event of damage or loss, we have buttons in stock, but please understand that replacements will be available at a cost.
