TCB Jeans_Huntsman Vest_Neppy Brown Herringbone

The vest we sampled this time is a HETTRICK vest from the 1930s-40s. It has eight pockets, including the half-moon pocket on the front, so it has more storage capacity than it looks. The half-moon pocket in particular takes up the entire body, so you can store items in the left pocket and take them out from the right pocket.

In the past, there was a fixed idea that "a vest is something to wear over a shirt." But recently, I've found that wearing one over a sweatshirt or hoodie is surprisingly cute and also very comfortable. The fabric used in this collection is brown herringbone. It's a napped herringbone that seems familiar, but is surprisingly rare. It's classic, yet somehow a little cute. I think that balance makes it a fabric that makes pairing it with a sweatshirt even more fun.
