This cut-and-sew item is made from Samurai Cotton, a denim-use No. 10 uneven yarn produced using the same spinning process as the Zero 17oz, knitted into a plain weave and fleece fabric.

Zero denim has a unique, strong twist that gives it a hard, uneven texture, and the texture and flavor of Samurai Cotton, which has leftover cotton lint and lint. The yarn is carefully knitted into fabric, resulting in a heavy, uneven look and feel that is unlike any other, and while it has a rough, uneven feel, it also feels soft and warm. The rib is also knitted using the same yarn.

The "dark chestnut" color is dyed a dark brown using the Kyoto plant dyeing technique, which combines natural dyes.

In addition, the sewing of our products, such as at the sides and shoulders, is carefully finished using all-cotton thread using our own vintage 1960s Union Special 36200, a four-needle flat-seam sewing machine.
