SAMURAIJEANS_SWS-SC01_Samurai Cotton No. 10 Heavy Zero Fleece Sweatshirt
Samurai Cotton Zero Fleece
This cut and sew item is made from Japanese Samurai Cotton, a material made using the same spinning process as the No. 5 thread used in Zero 17oz denim, and is made from uneven No. 10 denim yarn knitted into a fleece fabric.
This is a special and unique yarn that has a strong twist that is unique to Zero denim yarn, giving it a hard, uneven texture, and also has a strong presence of the original texture and flavor of Samurai Cotton, which retains cotton fluff and lint.
By carefully knitting this yarn into fabric, we create a unique, heavy, uneven look and texture that is rough and uneven, yet feels soft and warm.
The rib is also knitted using the same yarn.
The natural color is left unbleached to preserve the original color of the Samurai Cotton yarn, giving it a natural beige color.
In addition, the "black bean color" and "chestnut color" are product dyed using the Kyoto plant dyeing technique, which mixes natural dyes, to create black-gray, dark brown, and beige colors, respectively.
In addition, the sewing of our products, such as at the sides and shoulders, is carefully finished using all-cotton thread using our own vintage 1960s Union Special 36200, a four-needle flat-seam sewing machine.
This is a medium-weight sweatshirt with no fleece lining, so you can use it for a long time.
Making use of the texture of the material It's a very simple plain sweatshirt. You just can't help but reach for it. That's the kind of charm it has.
Samurai Jeans is seriously working on the Japanese cotton project. Please give it a try.
