The 16-count warp yarn is a hybrid of sorts, blending Desi cotton and Ugandan organic cotton in a 7:3 ratio. The Desi cotton creates a unique, wool-like, dry touch. We chose Ugandan organic cotton for its excellent compatibility with Desi cotton. While the hand-picked raw cotton used can lead to some foreign fiber contamination, this combination produces the highest bulk and most wool-like texture.
Another distinctive feature is the use of Zimbabwean brown cotton for the inner threads. Compared to the Pukara Sweatshirt, the Ugandan organic cotton is of higher quality and has a stronger whiteness. The oatmeal and heather gray colors are slightly different, and the touch is slightly softer, but the overall finish is almost the same as the Pukara Sweatshirt.

This is a sturdy sweatshirt with a clean silhouette in a reverse weave style. The new olive color is also a very nice color.
