Product Description
UES's original work cap was commercialized in 2005, and since then, its silhouette and details have been changed, making it a standard product under item number "82W."
It is a long-lasting product that has been supported for over 20 years without change.
Its shallow fit makes it look stylish.
As a hat, it is the most popular shape after the baseball cap, with 4 to 5 colors always available, making it ideal for coordinating with outfits.
The voluminous brim is slightly short, and the core material uses a special shape-memory material.
It is characterized by a firm yet soft texture, similar to cork, and a resilience that returns to its original shape even when bent.
The back features eyelet holes for ventilation and a loop for hanging.
The loop is a detail for hanging a cap that has been taken off, for example, on a hook when riding a motorcycle, to suspend it from the waist or elsewhere.
The fabric used is a domestic material woven on a power loom, known for its excellent color fading. Power looms can weave fabric without excessively pulling the threads, resulting in a fluffy, bulky fabric.
UES's Commitment
UES products use old-fashioned weaving machines and traditional dyes to create a richer texture. Please understand that slight fabric irregularities, slubs, weaving flaws, and color variations are part of the product's charm.
While every effort has been made to reproduce the colors in the photos accurately, they may appear slightly different depending on the lighting. Please be aware of this.
