Considering the yarn thickness, this shirt is twice as thick as UES's standard Desi cotton and organic cotton jersey, making it extremely durable with a unique texture. The fabric is 9.5oz.
The yarn, which gives the fabric its distinctive texture, is created by using Australian cotton (30%) as a base, adding 10% neps, and then incorporating 60% waste cotton, resulting in a unique slub shape and neps that define the fabric's appearance.
The presence of different colored threads attached to or mixed into various parts of the fabric is characteristic of this yarn due to the 60% waste cotton blend and is not a defect. The yarn is approximately twice as thick as UES's Ramayana T-shirt, giving it a substantial feel. Long-sleeved versions are also available in the same fabric.

This short-sleeved slub nep T-shirt features a distinctive bumpy texture, with the long-sleeved version also being very popular.
Despite its substantial feel, the fabric is not tightly woven, so it offers good breathability and a comfortable, non-clinging feel due to its bumpy surface.
