The fabric is an original recycled cotton high-gauge pile made in Wakayama, made from 100% cotton with a rich texture.
Taking advantage of the soft, uneven yarn texture particular to recycled cotton (waste cotton), the short pile lining loop arrangement is knitted in three-stitch intervals on a high-gauge machine, giving it the feel of vintage fabric and a pleasant, stressless touch.The material has been carefully crafted down to the smallest details, and the more it is worn, the more it will conform to the lines of your body and the more it will grow on you.
The design is inspired by 60s sports shirts, and features a quarter sleeve crew neck. It features a time-consuming classical fabric changeover, with the front and back yoke changeover, the underarm gusset made of flat jersey fabric, and the sleeves and front and back body made of pile fabric, and the design is full of atmosphere, and the fabric is used on the reverse side at the changeover part to ensure comfort.
The collar is made of jacquard-knit vintage rib, which is luxuriously knitted one piece at a time on a special flat knitting machine, further enhancing the neckline and the overall look.
The stitching is done with all-cotton thread, which requires a lot of work, with the transitions sewn with two needles. The silhouette is based on a classic sports shirt motif, but the details have been adjusted to create a basic regular fit.
